Fiverr

Give me fiverr ! Alright! Now down low! Too slow! I'm back. I had to find a niche. Well, I found one: Cooking Videos. Cooking is something that people always want to learn how to do. So I created a gig on fiverr  offering to make them a video demonstrating how to do anything  in the kitchen. Here  is the link to that video. I get $5 per gig. I see it as a way to make myself known and get my feet wet. We'll have to see what happens. If I get one gig that will be $5 I didn't have before. Next step: get a gig.

I gotta find a niche

Day 3 of my quest to make $40 a day. So far it has landed me a few bucks from filling out surveys on CashCrate  and GlobalTestMarket . I also did a few dollars worth of HITs (Human Intelligence Tasks) as part of Amazon's Mechanical Turks Program where you get paid to do various little online tasks such as transcribing an hour long or foreign-language video or creating and using accounts to different sites around the world wide web such as submitting auto repair receipts and making a review about them to collecting clips of videos containing subject matter doing specific things. All these are just a foot in the water in the quest to make $40 a day. To really make money you must get traffic. Attention is the most valuable thing on the internet. Anything you have, whether it is a video, game, web site, blog, its value lies in the attention that it draws. If you have a popular game, the page hosting that game gets traffic, so any advertising exposure on that page is more seen and yo...

Surveys

I tried my hand at surveys. Surveys are good time killers. You make a couple bucks with each survey. After you make a certain amount, the company sends you a check. Often, surveys will be worth points which, when accumulated, can be traded in for money. If you know people who like doing surveys you can refer them to the site by clicking on your own special link and you get a commission (around 20%) of the profits they make for completing surveys. So here's some sites that I did surveys for. SurveySavvy  - pays more but surveys are less available CashCrate  - pays pretty well I must say, in my lifetime I've made $41 dollars off of them All-in-all, in the quest to make $40 a day, surveys are a supplemental benefit.

$40 a day

$40 a day That is how much money I need to make a day to supplement my $800 a month salary washing dishes in order to pay my bills each month.  I have $2000 a month worth of bills. I have student loan payments that are overwhelming (they cost more than my car insurance). I have a mortgage and homeowners' fees. I have a car with insurance. I have a cell phone as well as internet. All of these elements add up to $2000. If I make $40 a day, I can make $1200 a month to supplement my $800 a month dish washing salary. Each day I will strive to make $40 a day.  It won't come right away, I may have to work at it. Leading up to the goal of making $40 one day, I may make $15 dollars a day. I may make $40 one day, but that was only a good day and I make $30 the next day. The goal is to consistently bring in $40 a day as a reality.  How can I make $40 a day? Here's how. I could get another job, but too many taxes are taken out. This money will be made doing it th...
